The Perfect Market Map

The Dow Map for the 9th September 2006 was made available on the site at 07:00am GMT, which is more than 7 hours before the Dow cash market opens in New York . As you can see from the blue line, it was indicated that the Dow Jones cash index would have a generally un-directional day with a couple of big turns.

It shows the path that the Dow should take on this day, according to the calculations of the Market Map. When the trading day was over, the Market Map overlaid onto the actual price action for the Dow Jones Industrial Average looked like this :

The Dow Index had a range of more than 100 points and traders using the Market Map would have been alerted of all the potential bounces and continuation of the downtrend and WHEN it would happen.

The time frame at the bottom of the chart makes it very easy to see WHEN the Market Map is forecasting a change in direction.

The Market Map is available in stock indices and currencies.
